Pineapple Spoon Bread from Catherine Caine


Ingredients:

16 slices bread- cubed
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 cup sugar
8 eggs
2- 15 oz. cans crushed pineapple

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 375 degrees about one hour.
