Creamy Broccoli Casserole from Carol Schweizer










Ingredients:

2 bunches broccoli [about 3 lbs.] -cut into small pieces; cooked and drained
2 cans [10 1/2 oz.] condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
4 Tblsp. lemon juice
1 cup soft, stale bread crumbs
4 Tblsp. butter, melted

Directions:

Put broccoli in 9 X 13 pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix soup with mayo and curry. Pour over broccoli. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and drizzle with butter. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. serves 12
