Company Potatoes from Alice Bingham

Ingredients:

2 lb. bag frozen, shredded potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted

Directions:
Mix Together and put in a 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread
crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
