Hot Artichoke Dip from Pam Baran


Ingredients:

1 cup artichokes
1 cup parmesan cheese
8 oz. cream cheese [softened]
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dill
1/2 tsp. minced garlic [optional: chopped roasted red peppers]

Directions:

Chop artichokes and add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Turn into a 10 inch pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with rye bread sticks or crackers.
